Nepal won a bronze and a silver medal in 1st ITF Asian TKD Championship




Nepal won a bronze and a silver medal in 1st Asian ITF TKD Championship held in Hong Kong starting from 15-17 November 2011. Umesh Lama, in the category of individual Sparing heavy weight won Silver and Ghanashyam Acharya Khatri in the category of junior individual micro weight won Bronze medal. 1st ITF Seminar in Bangladesh held


I grounded at Dhaka Airport on 22 December at 3:30pm. Md Muktar Hussain, President of Taekwon do ITF Bangladesh welcomed me at Airport when I landed at Dhaka Airport on 22 Dec at 3.30 PM. and we reached Bus station by taxi to go Sylhet.
